The conference has secured special discounted rates at the Conference venue, Pullman Melbourne Albert Park. The property combines both Pullman and Mercure Melbourne Albert Park under one roof, with the Pullman rooms on one side of the building and the Mercure rooms on the other.
Both hotels share the same conference and event facilities, including the meeting spaces and function rooms in the central complex, so delegates staying in either property will enjoy convenient access to the venue.
When you register, you’ll be able to select your preferred hotel (Pullman or Mercure) as part of the accommodation booking process. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred choice.
All Bookings Must be Finalised by Tuesday 21 July 2026
Full pre-payment is required by 21 July 2026, and bookings are non-refundable from this time.
Any accommodation not finalised by this date will be cancelled.

The Mercure property is attached to the Pullman Albert park and shares the check-in desk and restaurant.

Accommodation can be added to your conference profile when registering via the registration portal linked here.
Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received.
Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by Tuesday 21 July 2026.

EFT by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact us here.
Accommodation bookings not paid for by Tuesday 21 July 2026 will be cancelled.

If you require additional room nights that are not visible in the booking list, please contact us for availability.
Changes to your booking should always be done through us at ASN Events, NOT the hotel itself.

Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival (after Tuesday 21 July 2026).
Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked.
