Registration Rates & Inclusions
All rates are processed in AUD and are inclusive of all Australian taxes.
Student registrations are valid for full-time university students only. Proof of enrolment is required when registering.

A ticket to the Welcome Function on Monday 24 August 2026
A ticket to the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 25 August 2026 — included with selected registration types or available as an optional add-on.
All morning/afternoon teas and lunches during the program

Registrations are processed using ASN Events custom online software, Currinda. If you have not attended any previously events managed by ASN, you will be required to set-up a profile to register for this event (delegates who have attended other ASN managed events will already exist in the system and will not need to create a new profile).
When complete, your profile will provide you with a dashboard from which you can register for this (and other) events as well as submit abstracts and register to attend ancillary meetings and/or social functions.

A secure site is provided for online payments. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat.
Payment options are:
AMEX - (2.95% surcharge)
Credit card - Visa or Mastercard (1.25% surcharge)
Direct debit - (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)
An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your profile at any time.
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

ASN Events supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.

Payments:
At the end of your online registration, you will have the option to:
Pay by credit card: This is a secure option, though a merchant fee will apply as outlined above. A receipt will be emailed to you once your registration and payment are complete.
Pay via bank transfer: You will receive an invoice upon submitting your registration. Full payment must be received by Friday 24 July 2026, or if you register after this date, within 7 days of registration.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing to ASN Events via email. If you cancel before Friday 24 July 2026, you will be eligible for a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after 24 July 2026 are non-refundable, though delegate substitution is possible.
Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to accommodation bookings.
