Thank you for speaking at ALDE Conference 2026, taking place 24–26 August 2026 at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park.

Below is everything you need to know to prepare for your session. Your specific session name, date, time and room will be confirmed to you directly by email — if you haven't received this yet, or need to check your details, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Prepare Your Presentation

All presentations must be saved in widescreen (16:9) PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx).

On the day of your presentation

Sessions take place across three rooms: State 1 & 2, Lake 1 & 2, and Lake 3 & 4. Regardless of which room you're presenting in, please load your slides at the AV desk located in the plenary room (State 1 & 2) during the break prior to your session, at the latest. Our AV team will ensure your presentation is loaded and ready in the correct room ahead of your session.

If you're presenting in the first session of the day, we'd strongly recommend uploading your slides via the Dropbox link above in advance, rather than loading on the day.

Important AV Information

To ensure a seamless experience for delegates and avoid disruptions to the program:

• Speakers will not be permitted to use their own laptops during presentations.
• A remote mouse and laser pointer will be available at the lectern.
• Your presentation will be displayed in Presenter View at the lectern for your use.
• There are no Apple computers in the session rooms. If you're using a Mac, please save your presentation in PC-compatible format (.ppt or .pptx).
