We are excited to launch the ALDE 2026 Conference, themed “Leading, Collaborating and Delivering the Next Generation of Communities.” This flagship event will take place from Monday, 24 to Wednesday, 26 August 2026 at Pullman Albert Park, Melbourne, bringing together the brightest minds and most passionate professionals in the land development industry.

The Association of Land Development Engineers (ALDE) is the peak body representing engineers in Victoria’s land development industry. Our mission is to provide a platform for connection, knowledge sharing, and inspiration, empowering engineers to shape the future of our communities.

Our 2026 theme reflects the evolving role of engineers as leaders and collaborators in delivering sustainable, innovative, and resilient communities. Land development is no longer just about infrastructure; it’s about creating places where people thrive.
